back) as well as a related forward head posture. If so, you likely crane your neck forward so you can see your computer when you work, the road when you drive and more.

How Long Should Headlights Last ?

How Long Should Headlights Last?

by Jeremy Laukkonen

Question: How long should headlights last?

I don’t know how long the first set of headlights
in my car lasted, but it was a long time. Then one burned out, so I just replaced both to be safe, and one of the new ones burned out really fast. Way faster than the originals. Maybe I got lucky with the first ones, or maybe I got some bad replacements. But now I’m wondering if these new replacement headlights are going to burn out fast too. How long are headlights supposed to last?

Avoid the following 11 pitfalls on your next trip to Hawaii to ensure the best       (and safest) trip to paradise.

1.  Don't Tell a Local or Fellow Visitor That You're from the USA

If someone asks you where you are from, don't say "the USA." Hawaii is a US State and has been so since 1959. It is the 50th State in the Union.

If someone asks you where you are from you can say either "the mainland" or just specify the city and/or state where you live.

Spicy Sweet Potato and Quinoa Salad

Spicy Sweet Potato and Quinoa Salad

This sweet potato quinoa salad recipe is high in protein, low in fat,
and high in spicy and sweet flavor! Whole grain quinoa cooks quicker than most grains and is an excellent source of protein for vegetarians with about 11 grams of protein per cup of cooked quinoa.

I love the way the quinoa sort of sticks to the sweet potatoes in this dish, creating a completely new texture. It makes me want to try this recipe with kaniwa (quinoa's baby cousin), or even teff, which I find to be extra "sticky", as far as whole grains go.

Macronutrients: Carbohydrates, Protein, and Fats
The foods you eat provide the energy your body needs to work. Just like you need to put fuel in your car or recharge your cell phone battery, your body needs to be fed food that provides it with energy every day.

Heairing loss

Hearing loss was divided into three categories: sensorineural hearing loss, which results from damage to the inner ear, damage to the nerve that runs from the ear to the brain, or damage to the brain; conductive hearing loss, which occurs when sound cannot travel through the ear properly; and combined hearing loss, which is a
combination of the two.

The researchers found that the people with iron deficiency anemia were 2. 4 times more likely to have combined hearing loss compared with those who did not have iron deficiency anemia. The people with iron deficiency anemia were also 1. 8 times more likely to have sensorineural hearing loss. There was no link, however, between iron deficiency anemia and conductive hearing loss, according to the study.
